If you provide an incorrect email address, phone number, shipping address, city, state, ZIP code, or delivery instruction, your order may be delayed, cancelled, returned, or unable to be delivered. Shopping Choice Point is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Products, Images, and Availability

Cash on Delivery Only

Shopping Choice Point currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not accept online card payments, bank transfers, digital wallets, cryptocurrency, checks, or other online payment methods through this website. By placing a COD order, you agree to pay the full confirmed amount in cash when the eligible order is delivered, including any disclosed delivery, handling, or applicable charges.

You must ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the package and make the cash payment. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, false delivery details, refusal to pay without a valid reason, or other misuse of the COD service may result in cancelled orders, restrictions on future purchases, or refusal of service where permitted by law. We may contact you to confirm order details before dispatch.

Order Confirmation, Delivery, and Cancellation

An order confirmation, automated message, or on-screen acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that Shopping Choice Point has accepted your order. We may review orders before dispatch and may refuse, modify, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete address details, delivery-area limitations, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. We will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provide.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Delivery may be affected by courier capacity, weather, holidays, inventory processing, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control. You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting contact@shoppingchoicepoint.com. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an item is packed, dispatched, or with a delivery partner.

Returns, Intellectual Property, and Liability

Eligible products may be requested for return within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Some products, including opened personal-care items, food, activated gift cards, downloadable products, SaaS products, and final-sale items, may not qualify for return. Please read the Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

All Shopping Choice Point content, including logos, text, graphics, layouts, code, product organization, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Shopping Choice Point and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without written permission. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopping Choice Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed delivery, product availability, or inability to access the site. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. Return & Refund Policy

At Shopping Choice Point, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return, which items may be eligible, which items may not be returned, and how approved refunds or replacements are handled. This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Shopping Choice Point website. Shopping Choice Point currently accepts Cash on Delivery only, so refund arrangements are handled through an approved offline method after the return is reviewed and accepted.

15-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. The delivery date shown in our delivery records or by the delivery partner is used to determine the return period. For example, if an item is delivered on June 1, the return request should be submitted no later than June 16. Requests submitted after the 15-day period may be declined unless a different result is required by applicable law or Shopping Choice Point agrees in writing to review the request as an exception.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered. The item should include original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, manuals, inserts, bundled products, and any free promotional items provided with the purchase. Returned products should not have signs of misuse, installation, alteration, excessive handling, scratches, stains, odors, missing parts, broken seals, or damage caused after delivery.

Reasonable inspection after delivery is allowed. However, using a product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it may make the product ineligible for return. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide photographs, videos, delivery-package images, order details, serial numbers, or other information needed to review the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

Some items may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, health, safety, perishability, personalization, activation, or resale limitations. Unless required by applicable law, these may include opened or used personal-care products, skin-care products, hair-care products, oral-care products, cosmetics, hygiene products, food, beverages, frozen items, perishable items, products requiring special storage, undergarments, customized items, and products with broken hygiene seals.

Gift cards, promotional vouchers, redeemed memberships, software subscriptions, SaaS products, downloaded files, digital items, digital codes, license keys, activated products, clearance products, final-sale items, and products clearly marked non-returnable on their product page may also be excluded. This does not prevent you from contacting us if a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, email contact@shoppingchoicepoint.com within the 15-day return period. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your full name, order number, email address, phone number, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs or videos where applicable. Do not send products back before receiving instructions from Shopping Choice Point. Unapproved returns, packages sent to an incorrect address, or returns without order information may be delayed, refused, or returned to you.

After reviewing your request, we may provide a return authorization, pickup instructions, approved return address, packing guidance, or a request for additional details. Receiving return instructions does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved. Refund eligibility is confirmed after the product is returned and inspected.

Return Shipping, Inspection, and Refunds

When an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an error by Shopping Choice Point or an applicable fulfillment partner, we may arrange pickup, provide return instructions, or cover reasonable return costs where appropriate. When a customer returns an eligible product because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, unwanted item, or similar reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or pickup costs unless we state otherwise.

Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to verify that it meets this policy. We may reduce or decline a refund where permitted by law if important parts, packaging, accessories, labels, or included gifts are missing, or if the item is returned damaged because it was not packaged reasonably. Original delivery charges, rush-delivery fees, handling fees, or optional service charges may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Because Shopping Choice Point uses Cash on Delivery only, we do not issue refunds back to a credit card, debit card, bank account, or online wallet collected at checkout. For an approved return, the refund method and any necessary verification steps will be communicated to you after inspection. Refunds may be arranged through an approved offline process, cash refund procedure, pickup method, or another method confirmed by Shopping Choice Point in writing. We will never ask for your password, card PIN, OTP, or other sensitive financial credentials to process a return or refund.

Replacements and Policy Misuse

Replacements are subject to stock availability, delivery coverage, and the condition of the returned item. We may offer a replacement instead of a refund when an eligible product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shopping Choice Point may refuse or limit returns where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, false damage claims, missing components, altered serial numbers, excessive return activity, or misuse of the return process. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
